According to ESPN The Magazine, the Rockets have a 68% chance of making the playoffs this year. Of all first-ballot hall of famers, 68% made the playoffs in their final year. Since Barkley will for sure be in on the first-ballot, that gives the Rockets a fighting chance!! Unfortunately, only 1 (2 when MJ goes in) has won a title in their final year.
