I don't agree with that. Snyder to me, is one who only flourishes if you throw plays at him night in and night out. Maybe run 5 for him a game. But if you ask him to play within the flow of the system and get his shots within the offense, his effectiveness dips. It's all mental imo. The ability is there, the potential is certainly there, but it seems like he wants to be the man, or is over-aggressive, making moves before reading the defense properly. There're a lot of times this season, and even in the preseason, where he'd make a move, then stumble around after he gets cut off. It's happening far too often with my liking. That and his jumpshot isn't exactly the purest. It looks more like a shot-put chuck to me and is really hit-and-miss. Snyder would be extremely effective as a spark off the bench, but I think he's just about invisible as a starter.
