    People enough!!!!

Lets shift focus on what is important. JP effeing Loshman had a game winning drive with 9 seconds left. This guys in a top 5 bottom of the barral NFL QB.

Swoly-D: "sunshine pumpers" are those who see, fuel, spin postive outcomes/analysis regardless of reality. Saying the Texans can get close to 8 wins considering we have a very tough schedule remaining is borderline "sunshine pumping."

There are six games to go. Dude, the only tough wins I see are Indianapolis and New England. We've competed with both those teams before. I can see a 7-9 record. That's not too far fetched, is it? :(

And the Bills' offensive rushing, passing, and total offense were bottom of the barrel also before this game. :(

That was way back during the inaugrial season when the team had a slew of crafty veterans. We've never beaten the Colts or NE. See that's sunshine pumping at its best.

This is the remaining schedule. Of which you can, barring a miracle, chalk up Texans loses to Ind, NE, and 95% NYJ. Toss up game (those that can go anyway) are TEN and Cle. And the way the Texans are finding ways to lose I would be hard pressed to pick the Texans winning. That leaves us with OAK who I can safely say the Texans have a good shot at. Which would make us 4-12 for the year. So the importan question is: Is winningg at OAK really that important or should we seriously star TANK threads?

    at NY Jets
    at Oakland
    Tennessee
    at New England
    Indianapolis
    Cleveland

I was with ya Pericles till you started up with the Tank talk.

We need to win any darn game possible. 6-10 is a fairly significant improvement over 2-14. Drafting 5th instead of 3rd isn't as important to me as the guys getting better.

If getting high draft picks were all that was required to build a winning franchaise the Clippers would have gotten good about 15 years faster than they did.

    disappointing.

p.s. i don't wanna hear about the significance of pass completion percentage again, for as long as i live.

Start the Tank thread. Too many injuries on the O Line, and on the D line. Let Mario rest a couple of weeks, play for the draft picks.

Oh, wait a minute, they already started the Tank. If they had removed the defensive lineman on the last drive and replaced then with orange parking lot cones, they would have had they same pass rush. They also could have dropped other orange cones back 25 yards from the line of scrimmage, called them defensive backs, and recieved comparable perfrmance on pass protection.
The Texans looked absolutly helpless. Pitiful. Pathetic. Hopeless

The Post Game radio wrap reveals that the call for the pass on the last third down was David Carr's, the result of a read at the line of scrimmage that Andre
had single coverage. My apologies to Coach Kubiak. Also, I like the decision by David. The execution sucked, good coverage by the d-back. Don't know what David and Andre could have done differerntly, maybe waited a couple of beats for serperation.

The defense was inspiring from the second quarter thru the last drive. Despite injuries to the D line, and playing D lineman that had been cut from other team, the defense was awsome. And then the Defensive Coordinater killed his team.
He quit on his defensive players. he took them out of the scheme that worked so well and put them in a prevent defense guarenteed to allow Buffalo to pass the ball with ease. I hate it when the Texans look helpless and the coaches play scared. Any comments.

Well that sucked, Carr was efficient, but you have to be able to score some points......

On the bright side, I had Lee Evans starting on my fantasy team today and he got me 49 points.

    WOOHOOO !!

Really? Well then, I humbly apologize to Kubiak.

To Carr: F*** you, buddy, and your concept of time management. Run the ball and eat some time. If you make it, you get a first down; if not, at least you force the Bills to take a TO right then and there instead of letting them choose the time and situation to do so. This isn't freaking rocket science. Besides, you could have thrown an INT, you moron. This loss is on you now (and of course, your matador defense).

I was at the game today and that just sucked. Typical Texans, one step forward then two steps back. I should have just figured we would lose today.

my favorite part of this game was when our intelligent  coaches passed the ball on 3 and 2. hmmm....... tht just dsnt make sence to me if they would have run the ball (like every other coach in the nfl would have) we prob would ahve gotten it we were runnin over them all game, but even if we didnt the colck would have kept running. correct me if i am wrong but they made the td pass with 15 sec left of the clock hmmm..... wonder what would have happened if the play clock would have run out if we had run the ball like we should have? WE WOULD HAVE WON THE FCKIN GAME!!!!!!!!

okay, it was my first time at a Texans game.

I thought we were headed for a win.

I wonder how I could get season tickets.

anyhoo, those two TD's by Lee Evans took the air our of the stadium. We kept on looking at each other like ohhhh ****.

But they settled down, and eventually took the lead. Dunta's INT was great.

They should of ran the ball on 3rd and 2. You may or may not get the first down, but atleast you burn more clock.

As soon as they got the ball back, I had a bad feeling. Real bad. I had to piss real bad too, so after they scored the TD I went to the restroom to go pee. But man, He looked out of bounds. But, looking at a picture of it on the chron's website, I guess he was in bounds.

We sat near some Bills fan, but they were cool.
