Since last night I was preparing this plan, yes it took me about 12 hours to find the best possible way to help JVG with instant offense

This should be something to consider the next few games

That's a bit to complicated for JVG. He follows KISS: keep it simple stupid.

Not a bad plan, but this could be useful for practically all of our players (except Deke and Lucas, the former can't even hold the ball :( the latter will get blocked by Earl Watson). I'd like the play to have Hayes instead of Novak. Novak should be camping out at the three point range instead of getting banged up in the paint.

Les should make you the coach, this is a better game plan than JVG has had for the last three games.

Are you suggesting that Novak should drive the ball to the basket? That's what I undertand from the arrows. :)

Yeah, I think that represents the shot going in. Took me a second to get it too.

This actually looks pretty good. V and Novak would make a killer duo when there's nobody else on the court :D

think about why we play great in first 3 q, and bad in 4th q.

In first 3q we can score, hit open shot, spread the court, everyone can score.

In 4th q, focuse too much on yao and tmac, others can not score, can ont hit open shot, they put all D on Yao and tmac, that's why we lose.

Jvg, need to put Novak or/and vspan in and try to hit 3s to open the space or let vspan D or drive to rim.....

Stuber jvg even not give a try when no one can score in 4th q. stupid Jeff.

    JVG sucks.

JVG ARE YOU LISTENING TO WHAT WE ARE SAYING?
    To JVG:
STEVE NOVAK can get you points with his great 3 point shot and his high percentage Free Thow shooting. V SPAN can get you steals and make great passes, he is excellent at driving to the basket and passing off to the open man.
Considering these positives and ignoring their problems, don't you consider that it is about time to start training them on how to play the NBA Game, by giving them a little playing time in your rotation, especially when nothing else seems to be working or times like last night when Padgett showed that he is afterall only a scrub and that Alston showed that on occasions he is not worthy to be called a Playmaker.
Soon you could be calling them to play serious minuites as you realize that Howard and Padgett are inferior producers to Novak and V Span
or you might need them because of injury to other players.
Wouldn't it be better to be bringing in Players who have experience of playing in the NBA Game?
You must treat your great players as individuals, some can play all day, others have limited abilities of strength, stamina and talent and should not be used beyond their best ability to contribute.
You must decide if the game goes through Yao Ming or not, your players [guards & small forwards] are not clear on this matter.
When Yao Ming is on the bench please bring in the speed players as Tracy Mc Grady plays at the top of his game with this group.
Most teams are playing against your stubborn frame of mind especially in the 4th qtr. This would be a great time to bring in some fresh legs, possibly a player who can shoot the three pointer.:p

    Besides joking around.

I think seeing Bonzi get some time will help out team out more than v-span or Novak could. He can be that 3rd option we so baddly need.

When our team goes cold maybe he can bring them back to life.

What I have yet to understand was how the hell he (JVG) did so well in the voting poll !?! I wonder if people would change that vote now. With this rotation against good teams... its only going to get worse for us. Amel.... can't wait to see you as coach!!

We need ball handlers who can drive to the hoop. Padgett, Howard, Deke, are only effective when wide open.

Although I have watched every game I haven't noticed any of them being effective, even when wide open. V.Span can take it to the basket and is great at passing off, Bonzi and T Mc are great at going to the basket and scoring.
