    A, yeah,
Yao has 37% FG, Ben has 0% FG.
Can you do a ratio on these numbers? What do you call this?
Note again that Ben got paid the same as Yao, $15MM per year. So, should we trade Yao for Ben? Tell me.

I've already been customed to it. Some fans from China always give more severe bash on him whether Yao performs good or not. Let's take it easy. Yao is learning to be dominant and we will give him more time just as we give Mac. IMO, when the mental of Yao get solid and T-mac totally recoverd from back injury, we will be unstoppable.

to Keep silence better than to create bad thread.

Yao has been a rox for 4 yrs, and now you wang to judge him by 1 or 2 games? Read old threads before you talk.

so wow, both our superstars are struggling, we don't have hayes or bonzi, and we're blowing huge leads.

yet we're 6-3. what a wild ride the rockets make us ride.

    To be continued:

THIS IS A ROX FAN BBS.NO TO BUILD FOR PLAYER FAN OR HATERS.

All you talk is about how Yao worse than KG or Shaq.KG has been NBA for 10 Yrs, has he won a ring(not want to offend him) ? If you love KG, go to T-wolves,love Shaq then go to Heats.Over.

It is hasty to draw the conclusion. Remember that Yao played against Shaq, TD and Big Ben in three consecutive games. I believe that Yao overdrawed his stamina in the game vs. Heat to dominate Shaq. And his slump performance in the next two games is reasonable. He is just tired (this can be verified that he missed many layups and short hooks).

I don't care about jumpers vs. dunks. At the end of day, if Yao posts 26/12/2.5 at 55%FG at the end of the season(70+ games played), he's dominant, Shaq dominant.

Yao's stamina problem shouldn't excuse his poor performance. It's no-one else's fault but his, not to mention the fact he's already averaging fewer minutes than all elite big men I can remember could handle in their primes.

    OP, you're a moron. Courtesy of 82games...

    Yao: 44% jumpers
    Timmy: 51% jumpers
    KG: 74% jumpers

Get your facts straight before you talk. Yao takes LESS JUMPERS PERCENTAGE-WISE than Timmy.

Of course, you're a YOH and a troll, so you probably don't know about things like "facts" and "logic".

    STOP RIGHT THERE YOU IDIOT.

Tell me why the one year KG had a good team they made it to the western finals? Everyone keeps talking smack about KG but do you think his efficient shooting percentage and his ridiculous rebounding average is taking away anything from his team? Fu**! NO! He doesn't make it far b/c he's loyal to a ****ty organization that won't build around him.

On average, BIG BEN HAS A GOOD REBOUNDING NIGHT. Tell me what happened tonight? Ok yao was 6 points behind his average points per game but his rebounding made up for it. Big ben ONLY had 5 REBOUNDS compared to his 10rbg average.

I hate these trollers, I bet he doesn't even bother to come back he just comes here and troll then never checks his threads.

It's funny this thread should come up after facing Shaq, Duncan and Ben Wallace. 3 of the top 4 C's in the league. Not to mention they're 3 of probably the top 5 strongest.

Meaning, this little streak is the perfect time to make use of an awesome jumper you have rather than trying to outmuslce Ben Wallace or Shaq.

Yao can do both - rely on his jumper, and take it inside hard. Additionally, he knows when to use which, so IMO, I'm happy with his production so far, and I do believe he will appear even more dominant over the course of the season.

Looks back at Yao's NBA history, whenever he played Shaq good, he would get into a sort of low for several game...

Of course, Spurs and Bulls defended him well too -- they are watching tape and learning what was effective agains Yao (evidence of what Knicks threw at Yao at end of the game).

Now Rox and Yao just needs to re-react to other team's react :D :D It's all a mental game.

Topic creator: Wrong, wrong, and partially right.

Ludicrous preposition, though I will give you that Yao doesn't draw as much fouls as he should. It's true that guys like Shaq, TD or even Dwight Howard cause a lot more problems for the defense because whenever they start their move down in the blocks, they're most likely gonna get fouled.

Then again, some of it may be attributed to how poorly Yao is refereed than his inability to draw fouls.

Now, case closed. 1 star topic.
