I just realized how to own your opponent. Do what Ben Wallace do. Ben Wallace 1pt; 5rbds and 1blk. Forget about Yao 20pts; 12rbds and 1blk.

    Owning him?
    Yao: 20 and 12, Ben: 1 and 5.

Is this basketball or golf game here?
Should we trade Yao with Ben, since they are paid the same anyway ($15MM per year)?

When TMAC is hot, every jump into his bandwagon. I don't know whether Yao has the leadership. TMAC is a great player, and a big help to a team, but he is not the guy that a team can count on because of the lack of the mental toughness, which we can see from his game. Yao, on the other side, may become tough in the near future, but has not reach that yet. You guys are not respectable. When TMAC is cold, the true fans believe he will come back. When Yao is cold (still better than TMAC) for two games, he is bashed. Shame on you.

Where did you pull these stats from? 2/11 shooting in the 4th? Yao has had quite a few games where he got 11 FGAs the entire game.

How many players now, or in the history of the NBA, possess(ed) the same strength of Shaq (in his prime) to back down his opponents and shot at point bland range in every play night in and night out. Een Shaq can't do that consistently now. Every player can be dominant in his own way and, believe it or not, the 'Shaq-way' is not the only way. Like some has said, Hakeem took more jumpers than Yao in his MVP years. So are you saying that Hakeem was not dominant?

The intelligence level of some of you guys has never failed to amaze me <-- the 2nd time I said this tonight.

did you throw in 37%fg. Remember that's 7'5 going against 6'9. I'm still looking for domination.

Something for the chicken-little, sky-is-falling-down, "Yao will never be dominant" crowd to look at.

    Hakeem's 1993-1994 Game-by-Game Stats

    Date FG-FGA
    11/16 8-26
    11/24 9-24
    11/27 4-16 (and 7 turnovers!)
    1/25 6-20
    2/19 5-17
    3/13 6-17
    3/17 8-21

"OMG, Hakeem sux! He'll NEVER be dominate!"

Bad games happen to the best of players. Can you imagine how these people would have reacted had they watched those games?

I guess some people are just having a tough life so they try to take their anger out on our players. Some of them might even hope the Rockets to lose so they'd have a better excuse to b****. It's sad.

The drama queens will never know how Hakeem dominant was even though he still had some mini-slumps. I think they have only started watching NBA basketball lately based on their idiotic posts.

man stop ur nonsense more criticizing of yao ming. Maybe you can ask him to post up more next yr or in the future. I'm already very happy to see what he does early this yr, its clearly another step of improvement from last season. Give him time man, its a process and you need to have some patience and confidence in yao ming instead of opening threats and put up more negative stuffs on him.

We are 6-3, I would call it a good start considering we are facing some tough playoff-caliber teams. We SHOULD BE celebrating...it's really sad reading all these stuffs.

20 pts with 12 rbnds vs. 1 pt and 5 rbnds. What do you call this?
Dang, I am still looking for just a little math skill and common sense.

    TRADE YAO FOR BEN WALLACE.

Yao 20 undominant points / 12 undominant rebounds
Ben 1 DOMINANT POINT /5 DOMINANT REBOUNDS.

how about you give some credit to:
    yao dominated ben in pt
yao dominated ben in rebs (and thats ben wallace's str)
yao dominated ben in fg% even shooting 37%
yao will own him in FT even with his eyes closed
and how about how did ben wallace injuried his huge ass bicepts
and lastly who got the win?
