Yeah, I think it's time for JVG to at least try the rookies, maybe just to shut us up.

oh no, Vspan is no good.. JVG wants Gordon to get hot to make the game a little intersting.. he enjoys sitting next to Vspan and chatting with him a little bit.. u know, talking about Greek food, Gyros, this kind of stuff.. :D

    Difference btw Pop & JVG:

If Ginobilli makes a stupid play or pass - Pop will sit him down for 2 minutes and say "If you do that again you ain't getting any dinner!"

But If Rafer makes a stupid move - JVG will just have a 'wtf again..' face (sorta pissed or somthing that makes ppl few u lost trust/hope in them).

    Which coach would you prefer?
My point is, if you want teach your players, be nice or be strict! Don't give them an indirect impression of "you're hopeless". It destroys players confidence and comfort.

All decent contributions which makes him a decent role player.

Still not worth the #8 pick and overrated.

Hayes does pretty much everything Battier does but Battier gets a lot more credit for the very same things.

Hayes was undrafted. Battier came here for #8 pick.

    Classic case of being overrated.

I noticed Rockets' meltdown always happen at the end of the 3rd quarter when Head plays at the PG and the team lose the offensive rythem and shooting touch.
Head is a good shooter at SG but a below average PG. JVG should stop playing him at PG anymore and let V-Span get ready to backup Alston for 5-10 minutes every game.

Agree. They also have too more minutes for their physical status. SupperNova definitely will help for some fatigued minutes of JH.

We should let the rookies play some minutes when have 20+ point lead. That way will rest our starters but also give rookies a chance to improve. If they suck, bring them in. Starters will come out stronger.

Hey, take Battier out and see if we can win consistently!! At least both games our 4th quarter collupeses are caused by opponent guards! Not SFs (Battier's matchup)!! DIRRRR

And dude, i'm tired of saying this again: If Spurs don't have Bowen they can't win Champs, so if Rox don't have Battier we can't go deep in playoffs! As simple as this! OKAY!! How many players in the league after transfer, heading back to their ex-team would get home-court treatments? The Gris's team might suck but Memph's ppl ain't stupid okay!

    Stop whingging!!!

What makes you think he cares about the middle-class fans who don't have enough money to pay for season tickets?

Wrong, these drama queens just try to seize any chance to diss our players in order to give themselves a manhood boast.

I know. Because then he would come out looking like complete garbage.

His intangibles is what saves him and makes him a decent player. Nothing more.

I appreciate his efforts and I think he will help the team. My only complaint is that with a #8 first round pick, you are expected to get much better than what we got.

Ya, since we have some good-potential rookie plateys and where is Bonzi, though he just get paid for 2 mil but we still need him to contribute.

Yao is not so efficient during the last 2 games, n T-mac is still not 100% T-Mac yet, we need some other players to help, think of today game VS Bull, win by only 1 point, it is scary when the Bull is not a very good team this season n this is at our home court, we are just lucky to win

May be its the game strategy? May be JVG told him to get back on defense instead of going for the offensive boards in the closing minutes of the game? Instead of getting mad, I would use my brain a little bit to think about the possible reasons.
