yap yap yap yap Whatever. Typical bull**** article from someone who doesn't know anything about anything.
Why didn't you post the article here so we don't have to click on MSNBC and pay them advertisement money? The guy wrote a horrible article, shouldn't get paid for it.
The article is biased. I only finished the first paragraph. The author must haven't been in China and still think Chinese live old life back in 50s with no freedom on publicizing their opinions. What a crap!
"was destined to become the highest-paid dork in history " is this fool trying to say all asian people are dorks? or maybe he is calling americans r****ds...... that line should have been edited and removed..
its total crap other than the fact that it does raise a concern about the competitive spirit that yao should have. he and mcgrady do indeed need more fire in them.

Haha... it can't get worse than this article.... the writer is just a lonely dork who never get any attention and love from others. He wants to stir some emotion and receive tons of attention from people by his ****ty article. I guess that will make him important.
Actually, if anything is holding Yao back, it is his talent. He's not hulkingly slow, but he's not Shaq in terms of sheer atheleticism. Like Van Gundy says, Yao is a guy who maximizes ability and minimizes his considerable limitations through hard work. Now as to the "dork" issue. I wonder if it's some sort of racist remark based on the Asian stereotype. Also, given that the piece is posted on MSNBC.com, started partly by Microsoft/Bill Gates, the author should probably have known that plenty of "dorks" make huge amounts of money.
This Michael guy must thank clutch fans for contributing so many clicks on his bs article. Obviously this will encourage him to generate an even bigger bullsh!t next time. Give yourselves a hand, clutch fans!
Keep eye on it is a LA writer trying to put "Bynum" ahead. Lakers will not win a champion easy after they let O'neal go, but they will get help from ..., like their gifted Schedule.
