Help! I'm stuck! I need help with a report for college

I need to do a paper for my business class. I can't find an article that relates to it. It has to be from a magazine or journal. Has to be written in the last 6 months and can't be an editorial, opinion, or press release. The guidelines:

c. The group(s) affected
d. How the groups are affected
e. The prejudices/stereotypes/misuse of power
f. The life area(s) affected
g. a viable resolution for the prejudices/stereotypes/misuse of power

Thanks for the link but I think by minority she means minority in that country. She didn't really clarify it though. I wish that article mentioned women somehow cause then I could've used it.
