Could someone post a video about all yao's fouls. Let's analys them and help yao to get out from f trouble.
The problem with h264 is that you need a pretty powerful cpu to run it smoothly without skipping and I'm not sure how many people here have a powerful enough comp to run h264 files. However, I do agree that h264 is great quality.
I've already seen this game because of the nbatv free preview but I appresiate the work you do on making these videos. Now that the preview is over i'm going to be looking forward to videos of the games. Thanks.
MXU, combination of things first...h264 is still somewhat new and alot of folks may have trouble even with a small memory footprint player. Those of us who do video work or are hardcore gamers may have the cpo horses to run it with no problems...but alot of your normal folks online may still be using old machines. ts just easier right now to stick with xvid...its stable and easy to run even on old computers. second, this would require messing with my cap\edit\encode routine...which I have streamlined over the last two years. Its not something I would want to tackle during the season. Now, this isnt to say Im not open to better methods...but it needs to be something where the end result is widely usable by the lowest common denominator ( as far as computer power goes ) and it should be doable with freeware (or extremely cheapware)...I prefer devoting the money to better hardware. Now, as for as the capping goes, appreciate the offer but it normally isnt a problem to record even when not here since the timer in ATI's software works pretty well...but sometimes things happen...computer crash, power out, or cable disruptions....so the best thing you could do to help me out would be to go ahead and record the games in case I have a problem on my end. I woulndt mind chatting with you re: capping methods comparisons between xvid and h264 if you want to catch me in chat on game nights (#clutchfans on the webchat network) appreciate the input guys...cant wait till tonight so we can have a win to release and see what the download totals say about the popularity of the seperate pre/post vid.
No problem R2K, most likely, i will cap all rocket's game, just in case something wrong with yours, i will back it up. this is a good idea.^_^
if you don't mind, i wanna release the video tonight, for those who wanna give a try to MP4 FORMAT Another thing is, what software do you use to make avi files, i use auto GK. any other good sofware?
why dont we try a small sample (10 minutes or less) to make sure people can view it ok...it would be pretty bad if folks downloaded the entire thing just to find out they have problems viewing it one thing I have found is that its always best to do trial runs to ensure no problems come up.
hey thanks guys for your efforts, youtube files are the only way for me to watch the rox games....so appreciate what everyone is doing...cheers
