Speaking of rigging polls, Mugglenet (a Harry Potter fansite which I somtimes visit) posts a poll from some news websites that are about Harry Potter or the site itself, including the movies. And whenever the polls are free or open to the public to vote and is on Mugglenet, it almost always wins the catagory it's in (like once, Mugglenet only had 1.6% of all votes, and a few days later it had soared to 70%)
