Now I really don't think Hakeem funding terrorist (he did fund them unknowningly! that is a fact). Although, he was quoted as saying that the first thing he thought of when the planes hit was that he hoped the terrorist were not muslim. I personally was more concerned about the people in the planes and buildings and not the attributes of the terrorists. But please tell me just how the hell Thehangover said anything racist?!?!? He made absolutely no comment on race whatsoever. It is getting very old when people scream racism at the drop of a dime the way RocketsMac just did.

Well, I don't agree. In a traumatic situation, all sorts of thoughts could initially cloud one's head before rationality sets in. But what makes you think his initial reaction to 9/11 wasn't horror and sadness like the rest of us? You're reading too much into his comments. He could have meant that it was just one of his first thoughts. I had several thoughts swimming in my head. Was this a terrorist attack? Who's behind it? How many people might have died? Could there be more comng? Mostly, it was just shock . Does that make me terribly inhuman? It goes without saying that we were concerned about the people's safety. I don't even understand what you're trying to say here. Just quit assuming other people don't care about 9/11 as much as you. It's insulting.
YOU were the one that said the 'noble' comment complete with rolling eyes. My response was completely normal considering what you had just said. Your original comment DOES imply that you were not concerned about the people in the plane or the buildings. Your argument reminds me of arguing with a woman. You completely change your stance to support whatever you are trying to say at that moment.
RocketsMac: I am not aware of his comments on Yao...I was only going by what he said about Hakeem. I remember the story about his money being funnneled to terrorist groups. Hakeen said he had no idea that was happening. TheHangover apparently twisted that story in his head (at least I assume he did that). Anyway, I took his comments on Hakeem to stem from that and not racism.
No. What it should have implied was I think you should get off your high-horse and quit assuming you care about 9/11 victims more than others. Clearly, that message didn't get across.
