Man I love this story because Novak is one of my favorites on this team... He;s the one I've watched more than anyone and I feel like this guy may be to Yao/McGrady what Kerr and Paxon were to Jordan. The Taxer or the Punisher. Visa, "Don't leave the Line with out him!" :D

Wasn't that what happened when the basket got nullified by JVG calling timeout (I'm going to hate that new rule)? IIRC a defender was charging him as he brought the ball up to shoot and then he side-stepped and got closer then drained the shot.

The reason I remember that play was because Novak had missed 3 straight 3s and was surprised how quicky he could move, get set and release the shot.

I really don't think he needs to be the Roy... I think he is more valuable to this team than Roy because of the Threat of Bombing on victims and keeping them honest...

Check out this Hella - Squad ...

    Yao
    Battier
    Novak
    Wells
    T-Mac

    Dude, Novak only need 7,8 shots a game~ making >3 3pointers every game, that's all he needs to do! A 50% 3point shooter~!
And maybe you didn't read previous blogs, VGD told Novak: "shooting the ball is your first option"
You wait and see him in the 3 pt shootout during Allstar week!
