Hey just wondering, I bought the premium mini plan this year and have not received my tickets. Has anyone gotten theirs? I know the full season ticket holders have (obviously) but what about the other plan holders. Our first game is not until November 14 (San Antonio) but I cant wait, I check the mail everyday!!
You're not alone. My credit card was charged on Sept 29th and I still have not received my 14 game premium mini-plan tickets. Don't know what gives!
Just call the rep that sold you the tickets and ask! My experience is that they will bend over backwards to help you out.
I bought the same plan and have not recieved mine yet either. I actually just called about this same question and the rep said they would mail next week.
I haven't received mine either. I just called 713-627-dunk and spoke to someone who told me my rep was in a meeting. Apparently her name is Terra and she is going to get back with me in a while. I thought I was the only one who checked the mail everyday. I am very excited. For renewing, we got a 50 dollar tc gift card and a free game against Phoneix. I'll let you know more infor when I get it.
I called about my weekend plan and they told me tickets for that plan wouldn't be mailed until October 23rd.
Just talked to my rep, and she said they were in the process of mailing out the mini plan tix. They were already printed. So hopefully we get them soon.
sweet, so maybe wwe will get them early next week. The extra game for renewing is awesome. I also picked Phoenix. This will be my fourth year in a row being a mini plan holder and I dont ever remember the tickets coming so late.
I just bought my 14 game mini plan yesterday and they said they will be mailing out the tickets for the mini plans next week sometime and my T-Mac jersey should ship in a few weeks or so. First time to buy a plan, up until now I had been buying single game ticekts several times per year. I am stoked about this coming season and can't wait to attend all of the games.
Just got my tix from ups in a white envelope. They are awesome. I was really worried. I can't wait. Still waiting for the 50 dollar card though.

i got my single game tickets. they keep sending me junk to buy a ticket package. i might buy one. i'm not sure yet. they sent me some transparent looking thing of tmac.
