I travel a lot and watched the Astros while I was in Canada and England....so it blocks by location, not where you live.

So we could share our user name and password......

You get the game online because of the NBA TV package. So if the game is blacked out on TV, it makes sense that the same game is blacked out online to you too. I dont think using proxy or fake IP would bypass this restriction, because NBATV has your geogrpahical info from your cable or satellite provider when you activate broadband account.

Anybody interested in sharing the cost with me? I'm in Oklahoma so you wouldn't really be in any danger of blackouts except for maybe Hornets games. However, I got it last year and Hornets games weren't blacked out.

I will be getting AT&T this week and will only have wireless access. Does wireless make a difference in streaming quality? I've seen MLB on broadband but it was on ethernet and I don't know if this would make a difference. Anybody know about this??

Sorry to be repetitive, but could somebody who as actually used it comment on the quality of the service? Is the video stream reliable and uninterrupted? Is the quality good enough to watch full-screen?

I believe it is $159 if you order before the season begins. The regular price is $179.

I haven't had league pass in a couple of years. I was thinking about ordering it then I realized I already pay for NBA games...on Sirius radio :(

I'm gonna get it. Don't care too much for the on-line feature though.

I've never looked into league pass before, but I'm thinking of getting it. I'm out of Houston most of the year now, so I'll need it. Living in Tucson, if I order NBA League Pass, I'll be able to get all 82 of the Rockets games right? I'm under the assumption that with league pass, every game being played on a given day will be broadcast, correct? Thanks.

I'm ordering it for sure this month for digital cable, I do every year and had no idea this feature was even available last year! I'd be willing to split my costs with someone if you can indeed log on multiple users. I'm going to be traveling a lot during the season and don't want to try to log on only for the site to tell me my account is already in use...

    Some please advise, thanks!

Also, is it every game or do they select only a handful of games to show online?

I'm looking to split too with someone who has the television side and as someone who needs the broadband. If anyone is interested and could email me through the board, it'd be much appreciated.

Actually MLB used to be based on your billing address prior to this year and now they have switched it to IP based.

I am guessing the NBA will be doing it by billing address however. The main reason I believe this is that they are requiring you to send a copy of your bill in specifically with the zip code on it in order to sign up.

I had no idea they did this last year even though I had the league pass. They definitely didn't do a good job of advertising it.

When watch game, they ask you to select your TV provider and supply your account info.
