what happens if rice fails his physical?

    if glen rice doesn't pass his physical then what happens?

    1. is the whole deal off, and shandon becomes a free agent again?

    2. is the trade off, but shandon and his new contract become our unwanted property?

    3. does shandon and his $$$ go to NY, while rice returns also?

    i would appreciate any help.
