Just call your cable company and see if they offer the service to you. It's basically just like ordering any other sports channels. I believe you need to have digital cable though.

I live in L.A. My cable (Charter) doesn't have NBA TV and League Pass, is there any way I can get it? Can I get a Online League Pass? Many thanks!

From what I understand, you can't get League Pass online without having it ordered through your cable company. I'm not sure how it works online, because I've never done it, but if you can't get it through your cable company, you won't be able to view online.

You could always go to D*TV. :)

I get mine through Time/Warner cable, and NBATV (which really ticks me off... they took games from LP and stuck some there so the league could squeeze some more bucks from the fans) I get to see just about every game. You pay for it, of course. More than I think you should. Every year I shell out for it, though. Check with the local providers., and good luck. (have that checkbook handy!)

If your cable does not offer League Pass then cansel and go to either D*sh or D*TV. Both offer League pass for 179 dollars a year. They will usually install for free and put a receiver in each room at no extra cost with a DVR so you can even record the games you miss.

did they raise the price this year?

i just saw an ad saying if you order it now you get $20 off the regular price. they had a price on screen of $179 but it wasn't clear if that is after or before the deduction of $20.

Nah, its in general. You'll get about 8 stations (I think), but you can't specify which games you get. More than likely you'll be able to get every Rockets game, either through the League Pass or ESPN, NBATV, or ABC.

..they did raise the price by $10.00...full price is now $199.00...

..and you do get to see most of the Rockets games...except when they play a team that is in your "local" area at that team's arena.....I live in San Diego and sometimes can't see them play the Clippers...the Lakers are usually on local LA station..

Wish they had an online league pass for the Australasian customers. It blows not being able to see alot of nba games.
