Nothing different here except "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" and maybe "Which Way is Up?" (Richard Pryor).

    Something About Mary
    Next Friday
    Flirting with Disaster

Groove Tube was really funny. First time I saw Chevy Chase and Richard Belzer.

I laughed really loud several times during "Lady Killers". Super soundtrack, too.

    Man this is tough!

I was gonna list the classic great ones like:
Three Amigos, Christmas Vacation, Roxanne etc. in homage

However the ones that have actually made me laugh my @ss off are:

    1. Dumb & Dumber (probably the most listed comedy on this thread)
    2. Kingpin (I'm shocked I no one has mentioned this one, "we don't have a cow, we have a bull" definitely one of Bill Murray's greatest performances)
    3. Roadtrip (so many funny moments in that one)
    4. 40 year old Virgin (actually saw it again last night and almost forgot how many LOL moments I had)
    5. Nothing to Lose (Martin Lawrence is hilarious and the pairing of him and Tim Robbins was gold)
