Rudy, right now, if you want to have a chance to win some games, you MUST start Mobley at shooting guard position right away and move Shandon to 3 spot. That way, you will have one of the fastest running team in the league, a nice ball handling team and also some decent fire power for your starting line-up. If you keep leaving Mobley on the bench, your team will just have to play catch up almost every night, even tommorow against bad Nets team. Since your offense is basically one-on-one, it is very important for you to have two goto guys in your starting line-up(with your team, it means PG and SG), so when one is being guarded with double team, like how Boston traped Francis sometimes, the other guy would be able to do something. Francis is very talented, but please don't put 100% percent of the pressure on him on offense yet, he is, after all, still a rookie. Even Jordan needed a side kick named Pippen to play. You would have won the game against Boston, if you had "Cat" in the starting five, you would not have had to watch your team fall behind 25 points at the beginning. All those turnovers by Francis show that he needs help, especially another ball handler.

i think cuttino is a really good 1-on-1 player but i'm not so sure he should start. It seems that whenever he gets a few buckets in a row he forces a BAD shot the next trip down the floor. Every once in a while it might go in but not very often. He needs to cool down on that, but if he can learn to take the basket when it's there and penetrate and pass when it's not they could move Anderson to the 3 spot, get rid of walt and put cat at the 2.

Under manned Rockets can't have any "saved second punch" right now. Their current starting 5, except Francis, don't have any players can creat plays. If people think Anderson should be able to creat shots for himself and other players, they must be dreaming. Shandon is an "opputunity" player. I would love to have him in the 3 spot, playing WITHOUT ball. He is great as far as knowing how to be the right place at the right time. But if we put 100% play making Francis, he will struggle. Rudy's offense is STILL an one-on-one system (how hard is it to coach a team by putting the ball in your best player and call isolation plays?). Teams can key on a PG by trapping him, look what Pacers did to Iverson in the play-offs. In my opinion, Rudy needs to give Cat and Francis 40 mins per game, until Hakeem returns. I predict that Rockets will keep suffer until this is changed. It is much tougher to play catch-up, when you are already undermanned. I also predict that if Rudy put Francis and Cat in the starting line-up, the turnovers WILL be reduced.

If Francis is going to get double-teamed, then I say we put Cat in there at the off-guard or just have both play interchangable positions while both are on the court. Meaning, they share off-guard and PG duties while on the court.

If you're worried about the double team, start Bryce Drew at SG. The man can shoot 3's: 4/5 tonight. Seriously, I like our current line-up... except I'd start Rogers instead of Williams.

I think they need to find a solution for SF not SG. Anderson will be fine and so will the Cat off the bench. The Cat still plays during the 4th quarter. Remeber what Red Aurebach said " It is not who starts , it is who finishes.".

Rockets are undermanned, If they don't want to play catch-up every night 15-20 points down, then they better put Cat in the starting line-up. That is just pure and simple.

I started a topic before about Starting Cutino Mobley over Anderson. I think i was wrong i never thought about moving Shandon to the three that would be a great line up. I agree with caveman 100%!

"Lamar Odom, Elton Brand, Wally Szczerbiak and Shawn Marion are guys who are going out to score. That's not my job on this team right now. But if I needed to, if my coach asked me to go out and score 30, I can get it in one quarter"

I'm for Shandon, Cuttino and Stevie starting and so agree with Caveman. I have fencelined this one somewhat in the past cus Cuttino is such a spark off the bench but as Caveman says, "With Dream out, play Cuttino and Stevie 40 minutes a piece." Sounds good to me if Stevie is 100%.

GO ROCKETS! Gotta show me more heart than this sorry Nets game.

The rockets should sign mack to back up cuttino at the 2 or they should bring in harper in some way and move drew to SG as a back up,but they have to do something to have those three in the starting line up so they dont have to catch up every night. We all know this so why doesnt rudy understand that this is what he should do.

An other thing, does anybody know about a deal close to happening for the rockets?they have to do something about this team or we´ll have a top 5 draft pick next year.
