Do we get to hear Matt Jackson go ballistic on the radio Monday like that MSU radio guy?

It was Vinnie Marshall, and the replay showed he got pushed.

We were absolutely ****ED on that no fumble call in the first half. If the refs had gotten it right, we would've won, no doubt in my mind. On the 3rd and 24 conversion, Leggett held on to the ball as long as that previous play, and it's ruled a catch? Suck my ****ing balls.

Still, it's our fault for not executing in the second half.

hahaha. I would hope not. I believe all Coogs should be proud of our boys even though I feel we should have came away with it.

shouldve let them score at the end there. we've seen it from other teams before. i think they wouldve taken the extra point. UH wouldve had about a minute and a half to score a TD and go for 2

I agree with most of Briles' decisions tonight.

Been browsing a few Miami boards.. boy, those guys are upset.. half of them are talking about how bad UH got jobbed and the other half are calling for Coker's head.

I was thinking the same thing. Wonder if they considered it.

Now that I've calmed down a bit:

This team is good enough to win out. Let's crush ULALA next week to get our spirits back for a tough test at USM in two weeks.

    GO COOGS

I keep watching Kyle Wright's knee hit.

My god, so many facets of bad luck had to come together tonight for us to lose this one, and I'll be damned if they didnt.

That fumble was the difference maker. Other than all the other bad calls we managed to come away from it and stay in the game. We had all the momentum at that time and if we had scored Miami would have to work a lot harder to try and score and would have been prone to making a mistake and our team would be riding a high.

Instead they get the ball, get the touchdown and really swung the momentum of the game not only on the field but in the stands. Everyone got into it and we just seemed to not recover from the fumble which really sucks. Instead of being down Miami was up now and they had fire in their game and we couldn't do much.

Yup, the calls really do suck. But bottom line, the Coogs let this one slip away with a costly turnover. The one thing that really changed the shape and momentum of the game. I am still proud of the showing...sucks that we didn't get the win that we honestly deserved.

Yeah the "Fire Coker" chant was out tonight, but a lot of Miami fans were just arrogant, ignorant, drunk, or all of the above. They kept on blaming Coker for Wright's bad passes, Olsen's bad hands, or my favorite "Charlie Jones is in, NO!! Why do you take James out of the game??"...right after those 2 rushes for like 30 yards. It's called a breather dude.

RECAP: Miami officially sucks; Houston sucks; the Orange Bowl (broken scoreboard, ****ty concourses, no video board, and the dead bird I saw on the ramp) really sucks; Kolb, Leggett, and James are awesome.

Coker is done. He is clearly not up to being head coach at a major Division 1 school. Last week, someone on the radio surmised that Jeff Fisher will be the next coach at Miami.

We got screwed on that review call. The Miami receiver clearly had possesion and that should had been ruled fumble and UH ball. Well that's (college)football. No gonna pull OU...or maybe we should.

Coogs played well on the road in a hostile environment. Hats off to Briles & Co. Now we can run the table the rest of the season and win conference.

    Eat 'em up!

They have a good shot at winning C-USA which at best nets you the liberty bowl. All of the elite non-BCS bowls are also hoarded by BCS conferences so its pretty much BCS or bust if you want to get into a good bowl game.

I didn't get to see the game...
After paintball (which is so freakin' badazz), my batter was dead and had to get a jump...Went to Autozone and they didn't have it, and had to wait for another jump...by the time i got home it was 8...

I was dissapointed, but didn't see any highlights, only comments from my bro...

Turns out the replay official that botched all the calls (including neglecting to review the 4th and 1 conversion, which is the sole responsibility of the replay booth) was an ACC official.

So CUSA officials messed up the calls on the field while the ACC spiked 'em home.
