    Looks like we might have to compete with Trader Bob Whitsitt and Paul Allen's $$$ to find our backup center. Blazers might just be joining us in the hunt.

    Sabonis may retire from NBA

    Summary: ESPN Insider reports the Blazers now feel that Sabonis wants to stay in Europe. The market for centers is getting slim but the Wizards' Jahidi White is the Blazers top target, also in talks are Olden Polynice and Jelani McCoy.

    Yeah, with the Blazers' payroll, Jahidi at a "measly" 4.4 million would get about, what, 5 minutes per game? Hope he stays away from Shawn Klump....bad influence!
