Since Eddie Griffin has already taken number 41, to honor his late brother, what will Rice wear. I hear that he loves number 41. Will Eddie change his mind and goes back to 33? If not, I think that Rice will go with 42.

Griffin wore 33 in the summer league. I believe 41 is available.

Eddie is supposedly saving 41 for his first NBA game to make it special. Is this matter really that important? We'll all know for sure soon enough.

Damn, Cuttino has #5 already... Damn, basketball season was SO long ago...

    Um...

How bout 14? Would Langhi be willing to give up his number?

Rice is a 12 year veteran and three-time All-Star ,Griffin is a 20 years old rookie who will backup Rice...
    doesn't Rice deserve his #41 jersey ?

If Rice hears the story that Griffin will wear #41 to honor his dead brother and doesn't volunteer to change that would be step #1 in destroying the teams chemistry, defining him as a selfish player.

Besides basketball players look better in single digit numbers or double numbers. 8 is the best number you can have, 33 is the best double digit.

Wearing Cato's will be a jinx.

    He isnt getting 41.

I bet he wears 44 or 14 (Langhi can cough it up). :D

I would think maybe Glen would like a different # after the so-so year he had last year.
