I know it's not much, but I just got done watching that brand-new series called 'Heroes' tonight.. dunno if anyone else watched it, but there was one nifty little bit in it. In a scene in, apparently, a karaoke bar in Japan, one of the characters is there with his friend, and we get a couple of gratuitous shots of a couple of other guys up on stage, singing their smooth motown karaoke. And what were these two lip-sync-ing dudes wearing? One was wearing a TMac Rockets jersey (#1), the other was wearing the Yao Rockets jersey (#11). Thought it was kind of cool. Dunno if the producers just chose it or what (you know, just thinking 'Hey, Yao is Asian, this character here in Japan is Asian.. let's put em in Rockets gear!'), or if Yao and TMac are just 'all that' even in Japan, as well as China. Anyway, they are showing an 'encore presentation' of this premier episode tomorrow night (Tuesday), so you can see it if you want. By the way, the show looks good, I think it'll be one to keep an eye on.
