Why we are losing? Its not because are team is to old or to young either. 1. Free Throws are a major problem, Free Throws are the easyiest shot in the game. You can't miss these. Its unexcatable! Last night we shot 67% at free throws. We need to do better then that! 2. Turnovers, are a major problem. Steve Francis gives us half of the teams turnovers everygame. Not so good. Thats another reason. 3. Shooting problems, you have to make those shots. Don't try so hard Francis. Make the easy shots. Another thing is we have to shoot better then 43% a game at least to win most of are games. 4. Injures, with Barkley gone, Hakeem out for a long time and Francis hurting and Tony Massenburg. 5. Rudy T is not a good coach, nor a bad one. But making Walt Williams start when he shooting 30% from the field and not playing defense is a no no. Also I like to see more of Bryce Drew. If Francis gets 5 turnovers you should keep him out of the game. Less turnovers, equals less points for the other team. Bryce Drew with 0 turnovers against Celtics and Suns is a wake up call that Bryce Drew is not as bad as everyone thinks. 6. Poor Defense by Walt Williams and some others. Steve Francis is another. If you can make your free throws, play better defense and less turnovers we should have a real good recored!
Why we are losing? 1. We are a young, rebuilding team. We are supposed to lose. All of the reasons you mentioned come with rebuilding.
Why are we losing? Because the Rockets lost their team leader in Charles Barkley. With Barkley we won the Suns, without him we lost two straight and now everyone is worrying about the Suns and talking about rebuilding. Where is all the talk about the playoff spot? They are all gone. Charles Barkley is the deifference between contending and rebuilding. With him we can do both, without him we can only rebuild.
No offense, but I think (and correct me if I'm wrong here) we lost ooooh 1 or 2 at least with Barkley in there... hehe. ------------------ Rocket fuel pumps through these veins...
