    alright, hes 35, 6'6, 205lbs, 40% 3 point shooter

i mean the only reason he was ridiculed in new york was because he got injured after signing a 100 million dollar contract but i mean its not his fault

they pressured him to "retire" so save money, im sure hes got SOMETHING left in the tank

ESPN is in talks with former Knick Allan Houston about becoming an NBA studio analyst, NYP TV Sports has learned. "Yes, Allan was in for an audition,'' ESPN VP Josh Krulewitz said. "We were impressed with him. The discussions we are having are centered around a potential studio role.'' If Houston signs on, he is not expected to start on ESPN's highest-profile programs but will have the chance to move up the depth chart.

He is an ex knick that is over 35 so he is a lock-in for Van Dummy for a sign and trade with the Knicks. We'll need to sweeten the pot to get the knicks to do a sign and trade. VD will probably throw in Kill Bill and a 1st rounder to make it work as, like the knicks under Van Dummy, we have no use or patience for draft picks

While I am sarcastic about the deal and see no use for Houston, I'm not being sarcastic about VD the franchise Destroyer. After trading away 8 1st round picks in six seasons (3 in the Chris Mills deal), the pattern hasn't changed here. I can't remember the exact number of games, but, Luther needs to only be on the team 20 or thirty something games this season to be the longest tenured VD draftee in VD's career. With all the Head talk of trades, that number may remain safe.

Did I just contribute to this thread? It must be after midnight and I'm babbling!!!!!

I would rather have him than Bowen or Azubuike. He would get so many open looks with Tracy and Yao.

I think persuading Clyde the Glide out of retirement is a better option.

Its official that this entire forum has an obsession with old former all-stars coming to the team after several years of retirement.

After seeing some suggestions here, our 06-07 line-up would be:
    Kenny Anderson
    Allan Houston
    Scottie Pippen
    Shawn Kemp
    Derrick Coleman
