If you want a man's sandwich, try a fat elvis.

    Peanut Butter
    Sliced Bananas
    2 pieces of Bacon
    Grilled

Glazed with honey and sprinkled with powdered sugar

BarbQ flavored spam is good. Also try the Vienna Sausages barbQed flavor on white bread with miracle whip.

I like bacon, romaine lettuce, avocado with red onion and a little ranch dressing.

Smoked turkey is good with bacon. Hell anything is good with bacon.

Boar's head products are really good. When in the mood for a hot dog -try Hebrew national-excellent.

That sounds disgusting, but I don't like sweets.

I'm a sub man, with a few pitas here and there (subs when I'm at work, pitas at school).

For subs, I'm all about the Capicollo, Roast Beef, and Spicy Ham on wheat. When I eat pitas, they don't have the good stuff, so it's just roast beef.

Dude, if you like pitas, find a "good" felafel place. They will almost always give you frozen felafel meat that you can fry at home.

Which brings me to a sad memory. THE best felafel place, and one of the friendliest places to get them is dead. To those who remember, it was Mama's Po Boy next to Lee High School on Hillcroft @ Beverly Hills.

I'm going to miss that place. I ate there for close to 20 years...

You gotta have the fat cats at Rutgers. Whenever I am in Jersey I stop by the grease trucks. I had one last weekend. Sub stuffed with gyro meat, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and marinara sauce. This wasn't called a fat cat though, it was a fat something else.

Sadly, I live in a podunk town of 30,000, so there's really no felafel places (I've never even heard of that...what is it?). Actually, my school is at the hospital, and I get my pitas from the hospital cafeteria. They're good, though!

Gyro is gyro. Felafel is felafel. When made well, it is one of the greatest vegetarian sandwich meats ever made, and I'm not vegetarian.

Sadly, most felafels suck ass. You really have to go by word of mouth.

    I'm still searching for a replacement. :(

I thought it would suck nard too.

But I tried one and I'll be damned if it wasn't the most amazing thing I've ever had.

I guess I'd have to like bananas then, too.

I will say that while, I dislike peanut butter, I do have fond memories of my dad's peanut butter & mayonaisse sandwich. In fact, I think I'll buy some peanut butter tomorrow.

Phoenicia is good. I thought that you thought that falafel's were made of meat, when you were just classifying them as sandwich "meats."

I was talking about meats, but, pimiento cheese isn't exactly a meat, now is it? And I mentioned that in my first post. Neither, technically, is egg salad.

And I mentioned them both in my first post.

Anything between two pieces of bread qualifies. The better the bargain, the better I like it.
