Well i only noticed it today, but i haven't visited that other Rockets site in a while. I really dig the new look and the new marketing campaign as well. I haven't been to the shop yet, hopefully there's some new stuff there as well.
That definitely gets you stoked. Whoever the marketing guys are, they're incredible. Man, I can't wait.
Maybe the marketing guys should come up with chants for the Rowdies, then...or would that be against the point!

The new site is much more good-looking. Great I like it. Just hope they can keep the content updated in time.
I think Yao's portrait in the video is from an old photo. I thought he removed the mole from his cheek?
Has the marketing for the rockets always been like that? As in the video that plays when you hit www.rockets.com Yao is the focus of that ad, has that always been so? Or does it mean he is now both the figurehead and leader of the team? Is it still T-mac's team, or is it Yao's. Most teams have a player they refer to when remember a certain period of time. Like Olajuwon's or Jordan's era. I wonder if the coming seasons will be remembered as Yao's! Personally I think/know the team is no good without either but I guess only time and history can fill in the rest.
