You all just missed a press conference for Hakeem on ESPNews in Toronto. I only saw it halfway, but I got the impression the main reason he left, was not the money but the idea that the Raptors are a new and better opportunity for him. I think he was just intrigued about some team being so excited to have him(as if the Rocks were not) and how he'd have a better chance with Toronto. He said it would have been ideal to finish his career in Houston, but "Toronto's a better place for me" He seemed really excited and happy which was good to se, but I still wish he was a Rocket just like most of you all. He seemed to also be very intrigued about playing with Vince. He seemed almost in awe of him... Can someone get a transcript of this?
