The deposed leader on trial in Iraq was featured in the movie spin-off as the lover of the devil. South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut featured Hussein and Satan attempting to take over the world together. Speaking at the Edinburgh International Television Festival, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone said US Marines guarding the former dictator during his trial for genocide were making him watch the movie "repeatedly". "I have it on pretty good information from the Marines on detail in Iraq that they showed him the movie last year. That's really adding insult to injury. I bet that made him really happy," Stone said
I'm sure Saddam is irate about his portayal in South Park but he has to look on the bright side. At least he was the pitcher.
I was hoping it was the episode they made like hours after they found him in his little hole back in 2003, that was an awesome episode, now if only the can make Bin Laden watch the episode where they mocked him would be priceless....
i finally saw the episode tonight, it was hilarious, i guess thats how they decided on the lingo to use in team america. mostly "dirka dirka......"
I love the British and their "news". They have 2 channels on cable devoted specifically to Big Brother. Also they take an obvious joke from Stone & Parker and write an article about it. I love it.
In other news, the guards also made Saddam watch repeated episodes of "Oprah" and "The View". Saddam was last seen climbing the bars of his cell, yelling "KILL ME".
