    I would have expected Vegas and Dallas to be much higher...I get sh*t faced all the time, so I'm doing my part... :D

    Seriously, Dallas has tons of bars/Rest. and all these places are packed all days of the week...

    Actually, come to think of it...

    Can you really get a DUI on a bicycle? I wouldn't really consider it irresponsible to bike home from a bar, you're not really endangering anyone except yourself. My buddy was saying that they'll give you a DUI though. He thought it would be okay because it would be a funny DUI, but I'm sure it would still suck. So, can they do that?
