Count on Bullard being renounced the moment we *actually* sign Mo'. We are not under the cap, and the timing of renouncing Bullard was unnecessary to give Dream money; by CBA rules, we could have signed Dream to anything up to $17m and some change. Signing SA to a Rick Fox one-year EBR to get Full Bird allows us to spend $10m on free agents this year. SA gets $4.5m this year, and has no limit next year. The idea is to delay his signing this Summer, and keep his Bird exception so that we can go over the cap before we sign him.
