I'm working in Livingston, Montana... Looking SE into the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness towards Yellowstone... a little bit of fire, a little bit of snow. Looking NW towards Paradise Valley. Just beyond the low gap in the distance is Livingston and through that same gap flows the Yellowstone River towards its ultimate rendezvous with the mighty Missouri. Trees torching on a steep slope.
That picture looks so small on my screen, rimrocker... I can't even tell anything on it, I know it's a landscape, because a mountain is there and it looks small...do you have a larger version?
Awesome photos, rimrocker. Keep 'em coming! Amazing that we still have areas like that in this country, and thank goodness that we do. Just spectacular, despite the fires.
/me salviates. I envision shopping malls in 10 years. Might have to pave down those blasted mountains though.
I personally think a super Target, along with a brand new CVS would do that landscape wonders. Would most def. increase property value? Think of the possibilities.
