I loved both VH's but could never understand why Eddie never did any solo albums or side projects. I mean ****.... When you are THAT good, why just pile away for years when fans love to hear someone as good as you shred? It makes no sense to me. Obviously VH will never be the same. The best idea they should go with IMHO is to do Summer tours with the first set being with DLR and the second set with Sammy. That would appeal to both sets of fans, and they could unload their entire repitoire of great songs. When you arent touring, write some solo **** for chrissake..... I miss Eddie.
There was an article that dovetails nicely with this take awhile back on, I believe, Page 2, talking about how Van Halen is by far the most average rock band of all time.
Like most everyone else I enjoyed DLR Van Halen and wasn't too big on Van Haggar. I wonder if anyone is going to post that they like the Gary Cherone Van Halen the best My question is does anyone else expect next summer to see Rockstar Van Halen in the CBS lineup?
