Shouldn't Texas be thankful to Oklahoma for the wind?

I had Green Mountain Energy 100% wind power. It was 17.76c per Kwh. I decided to look at powertochoose.org again just last week and saw Reliant has a 100% wind product for 16.2c per Kwh. Much cheaper. Also I use closer to 500 Kw a month and Reliant at 500 Kw is about 15.5c while Green Mountain is still at 17.58c in the 500 Kw range. This is in Houston. So obviously I switched. I'll be saving about 13% using Reliant Wind over Green Mountain Wind.
