Video on your Computer

    I have a TV Tuner card in My computer
    I have the DVR and Dish Network
    I would like to play the TV on my computer

    PROBLEM: The TV CARD is an older Model 3DFX DESKTOP TV
    [I think was out in 1999]
    I have installed the thing . . . the drivers seem to work
    but
    I think I need some software to actually PLAY the TV
    I don't seem to have it. . .

    any suggestions?
    I cannot change the inputs on the NERO to the TV TUNER

    Scouring the net for the program in question has proven fruitless
    so far.

    i think you need a dvd decoder. install powerdvd or windvd or something. any dvd playing software.

    Downloaded the DScaler.. . seems to allow me to play on my computer

    Recording is cause it to freeze up.
    Maybe some compatibility issue
    But I will continue on . .. Thanks for the page

    and additional help would also appreciated
