Nice, I would love to see him contribute next year. Here's to hoping for some more mav take-downs by Sura in the playoffs :)

He said he is not doing it for the money and also mentioned he thought about retirement, but wanted to give it one more try.

This is great news! Sura can be a huge key to our success even if he plays 10 minutes. He'd provide the intagibles with heart, toughness, and most importantly the will to win. Did they say anything more?

Good News for Sura. I think that he will get to the regular season but midway into it he will get reinjured and call it quits. But I hope not.

I would love to play Dallas again in the playoffs. I think our team has greatly improved and now matches up better with the Mavs,Spurs, and Suns. We are already better than the Nuggets,Grizzlies,Clippers and the Lakers. Wouldn't you guys agree? I'm looking forward to next season with great optimism. Go Rockets!!!

I would bring him off the bench to minimize and work him back to game shape. If he can bring 10-15 mins of hustle on the floor that would be a huge lift for the team.

Is there any chance he would delay his return until midseason to ensure he'll be ready come playoffs?

Let's be realistic, he is coming off a knee surgery and a back surgery. He will be a great spiritual lift for the team, I'm just not expecting a whole lot 10-15 mminutes a gave would be reasonable.

Houston has had a very solid offseason considering the Free Agent market wasn't that good to begin with. Battier,Snyder,Novak,V-Span and Lucas will help this team greatly and I'm looking forward to the season. Go Rockets!!!

In this offseason the Rockets have gotten more athletic, quicker, younger, more exiting, better and it now looks like the team is will still have some veterans in Sura a guy that I personally love to see play cuz he hustles he dont back off nobody and he can meke things happen. I hope this not another case like Bagwells and that he does recover and gives us one more year.

Awesome. I really just want to see Sura back on the court. If he's ready to play, I'm buying league pass. If he's not, I'll get whatever recaps I can get here. Sura and Barry were pretty fun to watch.

What he said, except I read that Sura said "weeks", not months.
