Forget all of that. I have a better idea. The Rockets trade Tracy Mcgrady, Yao Ming, Luther Head, and Juwon Howard for Matt Carrol, Raymond Felton, Brevin Knight, and Jake Voskuhl? Then we fill up the remaining roster slots signing undrafted rookies. How about it?? Maybe we could even get some guys to come out of retirement for one more season....

    Trade deadline question? (trade proposal)

Say we are having a lousy year and threres not much chance of making the playoffs. The same goes for Minny also. Would you do this trade?

    MGrady and Battier for Garnett?

If the team is struggling that badly, that means TMac is probably broken down and worthless. Nobody would take him in that case.

trade mcgrady and howard to atlanta for joe johnson and al harrington (S n T?) that would address the power forward and shooting gaurd deficiencies in Houston as well as giving Atlanta the much needed superstar...and howard.

Al Harrington is going to Indy. And Atl would need to toss in more than that to make me consider trading mcgrady.

This off-season has been a complete failure. They did'nt get any players they wanted in the draft, did'nt get James or even Banks. Another 1 round and out playoff run is coming.

I like Q Woods too. But SF/SG is a very deep position on this team. I was all for acquiring Woods before Snyder was brought in.

Although of similar talent, Woods is still living on potential. Miles has not just been a starter, he has been one of the primary options on his team, even showing he can dominate games.

Miles is as long (or longer) and as athletic as swift (weighing just 5-10 lbs less) and I have no doubt he can play some PF, Woods cannot.

Again, I really like Woods, but at this juncture, he would be a luxury.

Miles also brings intensity. Crazy & uncontrolled at times, there is no denying his passion.

This fiery temperment would complement Yao & McGrady. It is up to JVG to direct it properly.

Howard/Head for Jamal Magloire. Or Howard and future 1st rd pick for Magloire.

    Howard for Raef Lafrentz.

No because if at that point they want tmac that means he is healthy and if healthy you could get Chris Bosh and Mo pete for Tmac.
