I think I know where that is....Thx I'll look into emailing her/calling her since I feel like I could trust her more than any of the random names I see online... I sort of wanted to go in person today but I'm guessing its too late...
I believe her voicemail always calls her cell. I could be wrong, but someone is always manning the voicemail of there is always someone in call during the weekends or 24 hours during the weekdays...
Hope I don't sound silly for asking this but I didn't see a specification anywhere...its free right?...
Sure is free. There are no costs to you to use THEM as an apartment locator. They get paid from the Apartments because they find the Apts. their residents.
Thanks a lot...I'll call them on Monday or so Right now my friend said he's got a place that I may be able to rent...it's a 3-2 and not too far from school but if that falls through I'll go ahead and contact that lady for sure...
Just sent Delia an email...turns out my friend's 3-2 is a no go...but theres still a chance I can get his 2-2...we'll see...
I used to live off Holly Hall when I went to UH. Not a bad drive. I think the complex was Scotland Yard - was a reasonable price IIRC.
I think my 2 friends and I are going to cosign...I was just wondering if anyone knows how the change of address thing works...is it just solely done by going to the post office and officially changing it?...My fear is that by being the main cosigner for the apartment that my address will automatically be changed... I fear this because right now I have health insurance and car insurance under my parents...I just don't want to lose that...since car insurance is expensive and in case I get hurt again...
You mean once I move out and the deal is inked right? I know I don't wanna pay over a 1000 for a 3bedroom...we'll see...Delia (the locator lady) said she was gonna email me a list here in a few hours...
You address doesn't change unless you put in a change of address. Where they will get you, and it doesn't matter if you put in a change of address or not, is on your credit files. Anytime you change your address with any creditor or with an apartment or whatever, they update that crap on your credit file. If the insurance company decides to look up where you live, they will see the different addresses in your credit files.
Ohh i just meant cosigning as in all 3 of us would sign...no terms yet...just barely about to start browsing but looking to move out b4 school starts...
Well I'm going to keep receiving my credit card bills at home..since I'll still be going to home to wash my clothes and what not...
Credit is comprised of more than just credit card bills. Your lease can be considered credit and will most likely show up as an address change.
Are you still in school and under 20 or 21? Usually if you are in school then you are still covered by insurance.
I'm 21 and I'm still in school and will be for a while....Just that I seem to recall my mom's insurance from work being anal...seeing as how I've had 2 operations...Don't want that third but just in case ya know...
