Ask him, "Do you know how cold it gets in Minnesota during the winter?"

if the rockets would have matched minny's offer (of making the last year a player option and adding the trade kicker), would he have signed with the rockets?

or was his plan all along to get revenge on the rockets, therefore even if the rockets would have matched, he'd "raise the bar" and think of some other demands that would have to be met? was he just leading us on? did we really ever have a chance?

Ask him if he visits any internet message boards and checks the opinions of the fans.

Please ask Mike James, how he expects to live in a Houston Community and bring up his children here, after all the positive declarations he uttered about wanting to come back to The Rockets, ended up being nothing but lies?
How can Houstonians ever trust him or his word again?

As cool as it is to have an agent contact you for an interview, I wouldn't bother with it. James likes to talk a lot, doesn't he? But, the reasons he didn't come back are already pretty clear. I don't think him blowing smoke up my ass will be particularly illuminating. The only reason he wants an interview is so that people will like him better.

But, if you're looking for questions, how about, "do you think you're worth more than the MLE?" I guarantee his answer (in his heart of hearts anyway) is yes and that he's mad that none of the teams with space under the cap went after him. Related, "Would you have considered playing for Charlotte if they had expressed an interest?"

Good question and I'll add to it this one:

Have the Rockets gotten the reputation of not being a good place to go to for FAs?? If so, what is the reason? (HINT: Mgmt/CD/Gumby)

Foye won't last 3 years in the NBA. He's a guard who's main job is penetrating, didn't shoot from the outside, and shot 41% in college. He'll be lucky to shoot 35% in the NBA. Minny fans will be glad they signed James, because it will take the sting off Foye being a bust.

Maybe not that in particular, but you have to ask an Eddie Griffin question.

    ugh...

ask him why does he speak about himself in 3rd person, and now that he's signed, if he can stop. yes it was entertaining at first, but he really needs to stop now that he's got what he's wanted.

Why the day-late, dollar-short PR from Mike's camp?!? He's now a T-Wolve, why do we as Rockets fans care about excuses/explanations at this point?!?

Like I said in a previous post, don't be suprised if the "Rocket-Red-bleeding" Mike James decides to buck us for more money, over "winning" and "loyalty." The Rockets put the CORRECT offer on the table for someone who is 31 years old. $5.25M for 3 years is not THAT bad of a deal. It's not our fault that he was a "late bloomer" and now he wants all these extra guarenteed years/trade kickers to make up for lost time. Hec, Dallas gave him the exact same deal as we did!

Bottomline, his signing with Minny (especially instead of Dallas) MIGHT be a blessing in disguise. We still have the full MLE (2 MLEs if you count the swapping of last years MLE bust, Swift, for Battier as the 2nd one), 2 TEs, and some SnT possibilties. We are obviously very active in trading 2 Rockets IMO: Juwan Howard and Luther Head. The Rockets offseason so far has since been a dud, no question, but let's not give up that quickly, be short-sighted and write the season off so soon. Love or hate CD, you gotta admit he keeps the Rockets VERY active in looking for players, for better, or for worse...

How does it feel - getting your sweet revenge and stiffing your hometown ?

Did your relationship (or lack of) with t-mac have anything to do with your decision ?

We have not reached the second round once in the JVG/T-Mac/Yao era. What makes us champ. contenders?
