O.k I was out with a group of friends at a friend of mines Band's reunion gig.

I was with not one, but two ex-girlfriends (which probably should have been a tipoff that this was going to go badly)

Anyway there was highly blotto behavior...which might have included mistaking a non restroom for a restroom....hitting on taken women....hitting on women more than 10 years removed from me age wise....in both directions...etc...etc

Tell them you forgot that you had given blood earlier that day to save a life, so your blood alcohol level was higher than realized.

Just give them back their class ring, and everything will be hunky dory.

That doesn't sound too bad...I've done worse...err, I mean, I've heard of people doing worse...

At least there wasn't a lot of c*ck blocking going on like there was where I was last night...

Tell them you're diabetic. Works for me.

Actually, acting like a drunken fool when you are drunk should be somewhat expected.

In an attempt at a serious answer, I'd first find out EVERY asinine thing you did, and then apologize where necessary. The level of profuse-ness of your apology depends on how good of friends you were with and how offended they were.

I would think that good friends would take a sincere apology and leave it at that. Casual acquaintances whom you'd like to hang out with again may require a bit more ass-kissing. People you'll never see again....well, screw it; you'll never see 'em again anyway.

I'd say it all depends on how often you make an embarassing scene. If it's often, then people come to expect it of you and they'll forgive you as long as you make an effort to say I'm sorry or something along those lines. If this is a once in a blue moon occurrence...I'd try to find out what happened...and follow Lynus' advice

I say find out what you did, and fix it. Chances are no one was taking you seriously because they knew you were drunk anyway, so it's probably not as bad as you think.

BTW, I just got back from the doctor because I have gangrene on my scrotum.

But, yeah, you might want to make sure no one is pissed off at you. If they are, make it better.

Just keep doing it over and over again. Eventually, you will come to be thought of as the zany drunk guy and will have a license to act goofy whenever.

Buy them drinks to make them just as drunk. You go from ass to generous ass. Don't bring your credit cards if this happens frequently...
