There seems to be 4 ideas going on by the GM's as to what to do with this league. My reasoning for this thread is to collect everyone's opinion on what they want to see happen and what they definitely don't want to see happen. So it would be appreciated if you guys could maybe put in order the ideas you support and the ideas you don't support. I see 3 threads with different opinions. Options 1) Leave the league alone for the next few seasons and we'll discuss changes later. 2) Massive 12 round draft 3) Reset the league 4) Massive bidding wars For me: I prefer: option 1 or 2 I'm okay with: option 3 I don't ever want: option 4 Where do you guys fall? Edit: For gettinbranded, this thread isn't meant to be the final word and when the votes are tallied we either do what the majority wants or we're leaving. i like option 1 the best, then option 2 it would be neat, 3 next then 4 the reason for option 1 is the new gms get the real opportunity to strut their stuff and so someone can end the dominance of mavs/blazers-hopefully it will be me ------------------ How Sweet It Is! Option 1 because I have made many moves that will effect my team next season, so I don't want to end the sim now. Were Cat to come back and say that we have to stop because the league is too off balanced talent-wise, then I would prefer option 2, and I don't want to even rate 3 or 4 because I really dislike either. ------------------ CC.NET Sim League Web Page My Team (Sonics) Feeling claustrophobic, like the walls are closing in. I only want option 1. I dont ever want to do option 2. I can be persuaded into doing option 3 down the line when we have played out several more seasons. Option 4. What stupid option is this? Yeah mine. I actually don't want to do this either, but I would rather do this than option 2. My option would be just changing the rules of the common draft so more quality players are in the draft and leaving teams alone. ------------------

Honestly, I like the way things are, and I'd rather not change things unless it becomes obvious that we cannot continue on our the current path, something that I do not believe has happened. I rather like the team I've built, and I actually liked the challenge of turning aroung a ****ty team. I agree with BGM. I would prefer options 1 or 2. Even though I was the last to join the sim league and have a very poor team, it will be fun trying to rebuild a team with trades and rookie drafts, so I'd rather continue the way it is now. Option 3 is also ok as well if we had to do that. I don't even want to see option 4 happening, that would just be way too complicated and there would be a whole lot of disorder in the league. So option 1, then 2, then 3, never 4.
Option 2. I stated my reasoning enough. Then option 3. I don't like either option 1 or 4 at all. ------------------ I am an invisible man.
