Okay with a good chance that Mj is signed for only the Te what is our next plan of action? Ive posted a few players that will consider coming to our team for the mle! Please tell what your plan of action would be! IF we CANT sign gooden or wells then i think we ought to slit the mle between Ariza and Melvin Ely!

    Drew Gooden, Cavaliers (restricted)

    Bonzi Wells, Kings

    Mike James, Raptors

    Trevor Ariza, Magic (restricted)

    Marcus Banks, Timberwolves

    Eddie House, Suns

    Darius Songaila, Bulls (restricted)

    Keith Van Horn, Mavericks

    Tony Delk, Pistons

    Fred Jones, Pacers (restricted)

    Melvin Ely, Bobcats (restricted)

    Jumaine Jones, Bobcats

    DerMarr Johnson, Nuggets

    Reggie Evans, Nuggets

    Jarron Collins, Jazz

    Lorenzen Wright, Grizzlies

    Jared Jeffries, Wizards (restricted)

    DeShawn Stevenson, Magic

    Flip Murray, Cavaliers

There are still some intresting prospects left!

As unpopular as this might be...I would take DeShawn off of that list first and then try to get Jeffries.

James, Stevenson and Jeffries would be a nice off-season I think.

    Yao - C
    Mutombo -C
    Jeffries - sf/pf/c
    Hayes - pf
    JHo - pf
    Novak - sf/pf
    Battier - sg/sf/pf
    TMac - sg/sf
    Stevenson - sg/sf
    James - pg/sg
    Alston - pg
    JLIII - pg

I would take my chances with that group. There is a lot of athleticism, youth experience and talent on with that group.

What about Jarron Collins? He can't cost that much and he is a defensive hustler. Maybe a guy like him can be had cheap(part of the mid level) and can split the PF/Center backup spots in the rotation with Hayes & Deke. Spend the rest on a little depth at the SG spot...

...but I'm really grasping for straws here. Obviously after James there aren't too many options that will make a huge difference - rather you are signing guys who may help out in the 3rd quarter in game 5 somewhere in the playoffs when other guys get in foul trouble...or maybe when the rest of the team is on the IL(see Houston). It's the small things that make a difference between a playoff winner and a playoff pretender...

I think if we were to break our MLE we should get either bucnker or murry and jeffries or ely or wright.
