Won't the Republican tact be "vote for DeLay and when he wins, he will resign and Perry will appoint _________"

    Or

A vote for Delay is a vote for delay!

The best part about your gimmick is that you probably do think you can determine intelligence from political affiliation.

Sorry texxx, seems it was a republican judge that didn't agree with Delay's excuse. Blame the GOP.

Yea, he's only stepped up to bat to fight proposed congressional NASA budget cutbacks time and time again, likely saving the jobs of hundreds of people in his district. Why would anyone vote for the guy?

Campaign financing? Who cares? It's not relevant, except to the Dems who have vendetta's against him.

He has served his constituency extremely well, and that's why I voted for him in the past and will do so again.

what about the fact that he wanted to withdraw and use his campaign funds for his defense?

or that he voted in alexandria and lives in alexandria and has a drivers license from virginia?

Some felonies are ok. It is only being an illegal immigrant that matters. Ken Lay was great, but if a poor person comes here illegally to make a better life for themselves then they are b*stard scum of the earth.

Aces has a philosphy where some crimes are ok, and some make you a horrible rotten person. It is telling which people he chooses to praise.

You have got to be kidding me!? Liberals can only dream of being as good at dirty politics as the Republicans have been since Rove, and the other black hoods have arrived wow these last 6 years.

Republicans are good at winning elections. It's that governing part they have a problem with.

I think Tom Delay is a slimy b*stard that used smokescreen hot button issues to divert the public's attention from real issues, used extortion tactics to raise money and devolved the American Congress into an uncompromising unworkable body of polarized camps with a seige mentality. That being said, he served the economic interest of his district pretty well.

Thats what he's supposed to do (although he had more power than the average w**** in DC). Why do you give him so much credit for this?

Because I work at JSC and Delay has been a good friend to NASA and Clear Lake in general.

I'm sick of the Dems in congress trying to screw over NASA employees and our nation's space exploration goals so that they can use that extra money to fund more worthless social programs.

yes, those programs are worthless they should be using that money to subsidise businesses run by the likes of ken Lay. That would be even better than funding NASA. I can't believed they would be used on something so frivolous and trivial as education or taking care of sick children below the poverty level.

You would have plenty of money for that if you eliminate the billions spent on educating illegal immigrants that shouldn't even be here in the first place.

Yes, spending on illegal immigrants is absolutely worthless. The only kind of spending we should be doing with regards to illegal immigrants is enforcement of our laws which means shipping their asses back home.

    Amen, brother.

Is it just me or does the entire welfare system just reek of BS. It's anti-nature.
