Nene - Is okay at best
Ike Diogu - Bullsh|t
Elton Brand - Okay, there's a mismatch, but who's afraid of the Clippers?
Pau Gasol - Needs to worry about Yao, not vice versa.
Kevin Garnett - Unmatchupable
Amare Stoudemire - Overrated
Zach Randolph - Overrated ******
Carlos Boozer - Steve Novak's b****
And, Tim Duncan - Will have to guard Yao now that they don't have a center.

 

What position is Dwight Howard? Thats not rhetorical... I don't know how the Magic play him. Do you think Tim Duncan is going to play center for the Spurs ? There's also Elton Brand, Amare Stoudemire, Chris Bosh (is he a center?), Jermaine O'neal,etc.

 

I'm still jonesin' for Elton in a Rockets uniform. As long as Sam, Elton, and Cat are on that team, we need to worry about the Clippers. I don't have a big problem with your list, DT, but I have the feeling there's gotta be someone left off. Since I can't think of who it might be at the moment, nevermind!

We have a huge advantage over every team in the league with a healthy Tracy and Yao. There are a small number of players that compare to McGrady (except when he's on), but no one can match up to Yao. Not any longer. Maybe Shaq, when he has a throwback game, but those are getting rare.

 

We already have 3 backup pfs.

 

Get him if ya want but i dont really care im just so excited that Novak put up 27 points today while guarding lamarcus aldridge!

 

If you have seen him play a good sample amount of games you will not say that.

For my money, he is better than anything we have now (because of his proven NBA level shooting range) - a better "fit" at the very least.

 

If we play battier at Small Forward, i would like to bring Sangaila in as our starting power forward.

 

songaila seems like a good fit. he is cheap, around 3 million. he is a good ft shooter for PF, above 80%. good range, good hustler, good size. his rebounding is lil bit weak, but he should average around 6.5 rebound if he play 35 mins. The only problem i have with him is he is white lol

the only other PF i ll take over songaila is gooden, but he is hard to get. reggie evans, jared jerries are all bad FT shooters, they will be liabilities on offense.
