I say nuke the little mut.
    I HATE barking dogs!!
Also you can always poison it.
I have no problem ridding of a barking dog. We're humans and they are nothing but animals. If they disturb our peace, then they need to be dealt with. Some antifreeze can do the trick. They lick it up and their stomach becomes mush. Or you can grab it and cut out it's little voicebox!!!!

Dude. it sounds as if you live on my street.

I moved into a new gated division that is mostly Asians. My next door neighbor has like a poodle or a chihju...whatever the !@#$. ALL HE DOES IS BARK. I have the most trained Pitbull in SW Houston, and can't see how you can purchase a dog and not train it???.

Now if it was up to me, I would simply throw my Pitbull over the fence and let him have a nice little supper, but I don't want my dog to get taken by the SPCA.

I'm hoping that the little dog somehow gets under my fence and into my side of the yard because my dog will slaughter him in one grasp. He has captured two cats and killed them so I know he can gobble up a little mutt like that.

Here's what I do to calm him down late night...

    I go outside...
    he starts to bark.
my dog gets in front of me as if to protect me.
    then I "hit it"...
go to a hole in the fence and... BOOM.
The little mutt likes the charge and stays quiet as hell.

This is the only advice I can give. Sorry if some of you don't quite get the charge part.

But I do feel your pain man... That @#$% is annoying. During the day it ruins my HD viewing. My pops told me to make it to where he can get into my yard and that's it. It's out of my hands. I have a "Beware of Dog" sign so nothing can happen to my dog(I hope). and if they say anything I can show them How my dog is trained and they can ask all my neighbors about how their dog barked nonstop.

    Keep on being strong...

well you can't really do much outside of asking your neighbors their opinions on the situation or calling the cops.

if your neighbors feel the same way then maybe you can use some peer pressure to get the dog owner to fix the situation.

if that doesn't work then let the cops know. the dog is their property and it is their responsibility to control it if it is being a noise disturbance. am I correct when I say this?

Throw a nerf ball covered in peanut butter and injected with large amounts of crazy glue over the fence.

    Or don't.
