Guillen a lil too eager to select his own players maybe?

How does Buehrle get in over Schilling, Lirianao and Verlander?

Does Dye deserve a spot? His #s didn't seem earth shattering. Morneau and Hafner I thought ha a chance.

yeah man....i think Liriano could be the biggest snub of all time. he is leading the majors in ERA at 1.99, and 2nd is 2.58! and, he's 9-1, which is the best win % for anybody with more than 5 wins next to contreras.

i'm sure he'll win the fan voting thing or get in because of injury, but man, that's insane. he should probably be starting the freakin game.

There are no star 2Bs in the AL and he is having a very solid year.

I'd say Brian Roberts is having a better year though, and so is Jose Lopez. But was Loretta actually voted in by the fans, or did he just replace Cano?

(EDIT: Nevermind, Lopez got picked to replace Cano who was voted in by the players)

I'm pretty surprised Mussina got left off the team and Konerko really doesn't have much business being there over Jason Giambi. I can't complain though, Torre picked his guys too and it's best that those two take the time off to get some rest.
