He's a good shooter, can come off screens with ease. I would love to use one of our Trade Exceptions on him, like 1.2 million, something like that. Of course, he might want more money, maybe if Sura can't play, we'd be able to use his salary. He can be a 3rd stringer off the bench, serve as a point guard or shooting guard. Also an energy guy, and some nights, he might get hot and give us 22 points.
House can flat out score, too bad he's allergic to defense. But if we could get him for sura's salary, we can never have too many shooters.
I think for 10-15 mins a game, his defense wouldn't hurt us as much. The only other problem he has is that I think he jacks up too many shots, JVG might not stand for a guy shooting with 17 seconds left on the shot clock, like D'Antoni does.
I also like Eddie for this team. He is a very good shooter. House, Battie and James would be good for this team. We just need a power forward.
Please say No to house. The guy is a ballhog, shoots WAYYYYY more than he should. In the playoffs I swear every time he touched the ball he shot it. Somehow in only 17 minutes per game he managed to shoot 316 three pointers last year. For a .380% I think his shooting value is HIGHLY overrated. Please no House
Eddie would be a good addition to the lineup. He might even get us a few more shots per game if he pushed the ball.
If we land James then I don't see the point in House. With James and Head, how many undersized shooters do we need. Besides, I doubt he'll come here for what we have in the coffers. He'll get half the MLE from somebody.
