    Teams with records, their rosters are pretty much torn to pieces though...

    Heat 4-19
    Magic 3-22
    Hornets 4-21
    Nuggets 1-25
    Suns 4-22
    Warriors 0-26

    That's the warriors roster.

    This is an NBA Live sim league, the Cat runs these teams through an NBA live sim and gives us stats and standings and stuff.

    We just go through it like a regular nba season with playoffs and championship and everything.

    why do Phoenix and gstate have the same roster
    it says they have dikembe mutombo for both teams

    I see you what you mean, okay some of the rosters aren't on those pages, but some of them are.

    If you see a star like Mutombo on the roster the odds are that page isn't very accurate.

    I'm in charge of the Midwest division so i can tell you that the Nuggets roster is accurate.

    the sim homepage is still a work in progress(although it is still pretty nice)

    Cat is the only one who would really know who is on the non-gm teams.

    and when did u guyz do that draft?
    and now theres only left a rookie draft?

    so if thats the real suns team ill take em

    Any team available now isn't going to be that good. We've drafted from these teams for 2 seasons now, so they aren't all that great. The best team left, imho, is the Nuggets-- at least they have some solid role players with Robert Pack, Voshon Lenard, Tariq Abdul-Wahad, George Mccloud, and Kevin Willis. Sure, they won't provide all that much in trade value, and they won't win you many games alone. But, if you take them, you're almost assured of getting the number one pick in the rookie draft (you'll get to choose any rookie you want out of this year's crop if you have the top pick), and a top pick in the first and second round of the common draft. The common draft is a draft in which every team gives up 2 of their starters (top 6 in some cases) to a draft pool, and we draft with the teams with the worst record getting first shot each round and the teams with the best record getting last shot. This helps give parity and balance in the league. To be honest, there isn't much you can do this year, but if you stick around, you'll have a pretty good chance with a top rookie and a good player in the common draft. Also, for joining, you can have your choice of any 2 players from the rosters of the Magic, Heat, Hornets, Nuggets, Suns and Warriors (well, obviously not including whichever you choose). Their rosters can be viewed under the teams link on the cc.net homepage, which you can find in some signatures in these threads. I know it may sound confusing at first, but I hope you try it out. Like I said, Nuggets are probably the best team available now. Hope this info helps.

    Suns and Warriors rosters just aren't updated on the site... sorry about that. Trust me though, Nuggets have more talent than them...

    It is my responsibility to update the Pacific Division, and if a team in that division didn't have a GM, then I just put the page up there and left the template that I was using, which was the starting lineup of my own team (Sonics). I found out what the starting lineup of the Warriors was after the last sim session, and the pictures for that starting 5 should be correct, but the Suns page should mostly be crap.

    Just go by this, if the actual roster list of all players says things like Player 1, Player 2, etc, then it is a team that has not been taken.

    If you take the Warriors or the Suns, then it will be my responsibility to update the roster, etc, and I would take care of it.

    You would have to ask Cat what the rosters are for the untaken teams though, because I never really bothered to find out.

    I look forward to you partaking in our league, it keeps getting better and better every day!

    This was after season 1, and you're a new GM for season 2. You will find that more teams than Bulls on that list have a GM. In fact, in your short quoted list of Hawks, Nuggets and Bulls, only Nuggets are without a GM. The post you qouted was quite before some of the new GMs for season 2 joined.
