Eliyau might be the best Israely potential we got but truely it's really not much at all right now.The guy is playing the power\center spot here but is underasized and if he goes to the NBA today he will definetley be a twiner .If he will plays at 4 he still have to bulk up alot and he might have to improve his midrange shooting a bit. His ballhandeling skills are also need to improve if he will choose to play at the small position and so again is his shooting.
Anyway Eliyau is athletic enough plus for the NBA while his body possess a lot of muscle potential and he will be strong enough for both spots in a season or two. He really knows how to make garbage points and to score under the basket against much stronger defenders because he is really a smart and a quick player even for an NBA average power. He is fearless and will do anything he can to get the basket, even suisidal moves . I think he will become a decent NBA role player but he needs GYM time first and another developing season. The guy is an hardworker and improves a ton every year ,if he will be abench player at 4 instead of stro (because of the trade rumor) he might be a pleasent surprize for us.
BTW the guy got a lot of upside, more stable shooting and muscle(and he will get them with his mentality) and will become an all around offensive player that will be able to bring a lot of the bench ,his defence is not shining right now because he is just weak.
GYM GYM GYM and everything in his game will improve in a year.

How many years will he need to tune his game in Europe 5, 10 or more?
Why not take Mike Gansey or Hassan Adams? Oh I forgot, JVG doesn't want rookies

    Another wasted pick

Thanks for the info, Barak. At least if sounds like he's got potential. If all we gave up is cash, I'm all for it.

Do you guys give a damn about their cash? Eliahu is a nice player and we land him for just nothing... sounds like a good deal - finally.

I agree, for the most part. Exception being, fans are tied to the owner's cash position. No, it's not our cash, but how much he spends, on whom, and when, limits other moves the owner may have been likely to have made.

Why did he quit rapping? I thought his album was doing pretty good.

Talk about a triple threat guy......he's a rapper, he's a hoops star, and he's "reeealllly reeeaaaaalllly gooooood loooooking."

Doesnt he still have to serve something like 5 years of compulsory military service in the Israeli Defense Force at some point? I thought I read somewhere that all young males/females in Israel have mandatory military enlistment.

    some of them come now
    some of them running
some of them looking for fun
some of them looking for a way out of confusion
some of them don't know what to be
some of them don't know where to go
some of them trust their instincts that something's missing from the show
    some don't fit society,
    insides are crying low
some of them teachers squash the flame before it had a chance to grow
some of them embers do glow
    them charcoal, hushed and low
some of them come with the hunger suppressed, not fed
    them feel a death blow

    chorus:
young man, control in your hand
slam your fist on the table and make your demand
    take a stand
fan a fire for the flame of the youth
    got the freedom to choose
    better make the right move
young man, the power's in your hand
slam your fist on the table and make your demand
you better make the right move

"youth is the engine of the world"
"youth is the engine of the world"

    storm the halls of vanity
    focus your energy
    into a laser beam
    streaming shattered light
    unites to pierce
    between the seams
    and it seems
tear the world open, peer in the children see rapid for your mind. half the truth is just a lie, they rub me the wrong way, they say their way or fall behind. seven subjects disconnect, left out the concept as to why there's a spiritual emptiness, so the youth them get vexed, skip class and get wrecked fill with beer and cigarettes to fill the hole in their chest

    chorus:
young man, control in your hand
slam your fist on the table and make your demand

slam your fist on the table and make your demand
you better make the right move

    you got freedom to choose
    better make the right move
you got the freedom to chooooose
