    haha, thats hilarious. Since when do technicians come to people's houses wearing shorts. Also that laptop was about to fall off the chair.

    I think I had it worse. I recently had to wait 21 days from an appointment from Time Warner, in order to get a faulty cable line replaced at my house.

    has one seen one of those extreme video shows where it has some naked, NAKED black guy that broke into some dude's house and falls asleep on his couch?

    The owner comes in, filming everything and stomps on the would be burglar's face.

    Rough stuff, but I found it hilarious.
